A real ceasefire requires both sides to agree on clear terms, including when it starts, what it covers, and how violations are reported.
None of these details have been publicly announced here. And knowing the war in Ukraine, with all the so-called ceasefires announced over the years, a declaration alone means very little.
Once the details are confirmed and we know whether both sides have actually agreed, we can start talking about what this ceasefire really means.
Until then, it's just a Truth Social post.
