According to intelligence, Russia is planning new sabotage actions in Europe, says EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Kaja Kallas .
"We must be vigilant. According to intelligence, Russia is planning more acts of sabotage and attacks on our democracy," Kallas said on the sidelines of a meeting of EU defense ministers in Brussels on Monday morning.
According to her, Russia is trying to divide and intimidate European societies so that they will refrain from helping Ukraine.
Kallas also said that the EU should send more ships to the Red Sea to protect merchant ships from attacks by Yemen's Houthi rebels in the Red Sea.
