According to the NYT, Putin’s plan for the winter is to “freeze” Ukrainians, destroying 90% of its electricity supply, heating and severely crippling the sewage system.
-The first step would be to disable substations in Western Ukraine, that supply Europe.
-The second step would be to strike Hydroelectric Power Plants (HPPs).
-The third step would be to take offline three Nuclear Power Plants (NPPs)
These attacks would be carried out using dozen of ballistic missiles and drones, likely in multiple waves aimed at infrastructure.
