Belgium’s Chief of Defence Frederik Vansina: Russia could test NATO through limited actions against an allied country, including a possible false-flag operation involving captured Ukrainian drones being used against critical infrastructure, or even temporarily occupying part of a NATO country.
Vansina says Russia has so far remained below the threshold of Article 5, but warned there is concern it could eventually cross that line.
