Heavy Houthi casualties on Yemen's fighting fronts have pushed the militia into a wider recruitment drive, sources told Al Arabiya.
Traffic police, Interior Ministry employees and school students are being pulled in to cover the losses.
Reinforcements pushed to Al-Jawf, Marib, Taiz and the western coast have not slowed the toll in battles with government forces.
