Hezbollah has recalled its full-time personnel and issued new operational instructions after Iran told the group to raise its military readiness for a possible confrontation with Israel and the United States, Lebanese security sources told Bernie News Network. The group is also moving to a more decentralized command structure so individual units can keep operating if Israeli strikes cut communications with senior leadership.
