Hezbollah Secretary-General Naim Qassem addressed the Lebanese government's claim to sole authority over war and peace, saying Hezbollah neither holds that power nor wants it. On disarmament, he said the group is willing to discuss the issue only after South Lebanon is freed and displaced residents return.
