Houthi Defense Minister Mohammed Nasser al-Atifi and Chief of Staff Yusuf Hassan al-Madani pledged to expand their military capabilities and said attacks on their enemies would grow "more searing and more expansive." The pledge came in a statement marking the death of commander Muhammad Abdulkarim al-Ghamari.
