Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz warns Hezbollah that joining Iran in an attack on Israel would result in heavy strikes and the loss of more territory in southern Lebanon, including areas around Nabatieh and the Litani River, which would become part of Israel’s permanent security zone.
Beirut’s Dahiyeh district would also face evacuation and strikes against its infrastructure, potentially displacing more than one million Shia residents across Lebanon.
