NATO and Ukraine have signed a new defence innovation agreement. Ukrainian companies and start-ups will gain access to NATO DIANA challenges, grants, more than 200 testing centres across allied countries, investment through the DIANA Capital Network and its Rapid Adoption Service. #Ukraine
