❗️NATO is developing a defense strategy that would include precision strikes deep inside Russia if Moscow attacked alliance territory, The Wall Street Journal reports. Military planners are looking beyond Russian forces crossing NATO borders to bases, logistics depots and defense-industry facilities supporting an offensive. Senior officers discussed the approach at NATO's Deep Strike Symposium in June. The plans are intended to strengthen deterrence, not announce an imminent attack. #NATO
