NEW: Three carrier strike groups, two amphibious units and Marine rapid deployment forces could be in the Middle East by the end of November, a senior official told Barak Ravid. The Theodore Roosevelt carrier strike group sailed from San Diego on Sunday, with the amphibious unit and the Marines following on Monday.
