Not sure I follow him here. The value of a SRBM is in its speed and penetration capabilities. SRBMs can be used to hit time-sensitive targets like mobile air defenses or Iskander TELs or helicopter FARPs… which the FP-2 may take hours to reach, if they even can.
He’s not really selling his system very well here.
