PIJ headquarters in both Syria and Lebanon were hit by Israeli strikes, according to Palestinian Islamic Jihad leader Ziad al-Nakhala.
He also gave casualty figures: more than 2,000 Al-Quds Brigades operatives killed during the war in Gaza, over 80 killed in Lebanon while fighting alongside Hezbollah, and dozens more in the West Bank.
