Polish President Karol Nawrocki returned early from Senegal to meet with the First President of the Supreme Court following the reported suspension of Constitutional Tribunal President Bogdan Święczkowski and his deputy.
Święczkowski says he ordered security gates at the tribunal building unlocked after protests erupted, subsequently entering the grounds to call for calm and urge demonstrators to leave.
