President Donald J. Trump has posted his first reaction to tonight’s midterm results, saying on Truth Social that Republicans would have won “IN A LANDSLIDE” if he had been on the ballot. NBC, CNN, CBS and MS NOW have projected that Democrats will win the House. Democrats have also flipped Senate seats in North Carolina and South Carolina, and multiple outlets are projecting a flip in Texas. Control of the Senate has not been called, and Democrats need a net gain of four seats for a majority.
