Romania has begun mobilization exercises: around 10,000 reservists are being called up to military units
According to the publication, failure to appear without a valid reason or refusal to receive a call-up order is considered a violation and may result in a fine.
The country’s Ministry of Defense clarifies that the exercises are planned and are being held to check the readiness of the reserve.
