South Korea is withdrawing part of its embassy staff from Ukraine over the dispute surrounding two transferred North Korean prisoners of war.
Foreign Ministry spokesperson Park Du-sun cited Kyiv's failure to take any constructive action on the matter, along with the ongoing airstrike threat.
