South Korean President Lee Jae Myung has warned of "further action" against Ukraine unless Kyiv issues a public apology for disclosing the transfer of two North Korean prisoners of war to South Korea. The handover was revealed by President Zelensky at the UN General Assembly. Seoul says the arrangement was meant to stay secret in part to shield the soldiers' families, a claim Kyiv disputes, saying no confidentiality agreement existed.
