🇸🇪 Swedish Civil Defence Minister urges citizens to read the yellow brochure again and take its advice seriously amid growing cyber threats and recent attacks targeting grocery stores.

The Yellow Brochure is Sweden's official emergency preparedness guide, providing advice to households on how to prepare for crises, war, and disruptions to essential services, including how to manage independently for at least one week.

In a powerful message, the minister warns that adversaries seek not only physical damage but also psychological effects, aiming to spread fear and undermine society.

"They want you to be afraid. But better than being afraid is being prepared."

Citizens are urged to strengthen their personal preparedness and be ready to manage without external support for at least one week, while businesses are reminded to implement security updates and maintain proper contingency plans.

The minister highlights a growing paradox: the more convenient and interconnected our societies become, the more vulnerable they are to disruptions.

The minister calls on everyone to take these risks seriously, work to prevent them, and make sure they have a Plan B if things go wrong.
