The al-Alam camp, a Saudi-run training base in Yemen's Shabwah province, had no air-defense or early-warning systems when three Houthi ballistic missiles hit it on Oct. 19.
At least 75 people were killed and more than 200 wounded, Saudi troops among them. Drones had circled the base for days before the strike.
Saudi and Yemeni officials briefed on the attack call it the deadliest single Houthi strike of the new war.
