The Israel and Lebanon meetings in Tampa, Florida, ended with no breakthrough, a U.S. source told Al Hadath.
Israel accused the Lebanese army of "failing" to disarm Hezbollah. Lebanon rejected an Israeli proposal on participation in a mechanism monitoring Hezbollah's disarmament. The two sides did not agree on which countries would oversee security arrangements in southern Lebanon.
No date was set for another round.
