This is the truth about the Learjet 60 crash and I don't care how many people my opinion offends. The TRUTH is how we as a country ensures innocent families are never killed again by inexperienced pilots who lack the proper training, experience & know how to actually fly a plane safely.
This is a clip from Flying for Money's video(linked below) where he lays out definitively the causes of the crash based on the evidence available:
1. The pilot made a mistake flying through the storm, but the copilot made no calls inquiring about the weather system & thus was the likely reason why they flew straight through the system instead of around.
2. The copilot did not recognize the weather conditions impact on the plane, nor did she understand why the plane was in the stall condition or how to perform remedial action to correct it.
3. The copilot's wild & uncontrolled yelling over the radio was no help to the main pilot attempting to perform immediate remedial action to try to correct the overspeed condition.
