Ukraine could face widespread interruptions to centralized water supplies if Russian attacks on the energy grid continue, utilities expert Oleh Popenko warns. He says scheduled water restrictions may no longer be enough and some cities could have to rely on tanker trucks for drinking water. Several hundred thousand residents reportedly lost water service in Dnipro last weekend. Water supply problems have also affected parts of Sumy, Dnipropetrovsk and Zaporizhzhia regions. #Ukraine
