Ukraine’s government has approved the return of monthly 30,000-hryvnia payments for crews repairing critical infrastructure after Russian attacks. The program covers workers restoring electricity, heating, gas, water supply, wastewater systems and public rail infrastructure from November through March. Payments begin this month, with the Energy and Infrastructure ministries coordinating the program. #Ukraine
