US Tanker Fleet Update 30/SEP/2026 #IranWar
Further tanker withdrawals over the last week means that the overall numbers across Europe and CENTCOM have now dropped to just 161 aircraft (at the height of the Iran War, this was 232). A small number of the airframes currently included in this 161 figure (in the GREEN ZONE) are involved in the various Coronet East movements of fast-jets swapping in/out of theatre, and will depart back to CONUS once those movements are completed.
