Young Israelis aged 18 to 22 are becoming more religious and shifting further to the right.
Likud is increasingly becoming a boomer party.
Another interesting trend is the growing number of religious Israelis enlisting in the IDF.
Before the war, annual religious enlistment stood at roughly 1,700 to 1,800. That rose to 2,811 in 2024 and 4,298 in 2025, more than double prewar levels.
The shift is happening, just not nearly as fast as the IDF would like.
