Zelensky dismissed Russia’s demand for security guarantees, noting that Moscow is the aggressor. “It is us who need security guarantees, because we were attacked,” he said. Zelensky also confirmed Ukrainian strikes on Russian diesel infrastructure, arguing that Russia’s share of global exports is now only 2.2% and that these attacks do not materially affect US or global fuel prices.
